"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants...

" The services by Thiru and team were of high quality.Very near to Pondy Bazar and best place to stay for shopping. However the Wifi services are very poor and electric points in Room 202 near the bed not working. No handtowels provided despite asking. Will like to come again and again."
