Hotel is center located. Our room was spacy with comfortable bed and a view to tha cathedral. Hotel offers a underground parking lot, which is narrow if you drive suv or similar car. Breakfast was ok and staff are polite as in other Novotel hotels
Excellent hotel and great value. Convenient to Szczecin Głowny railway station and to Brama Portowa. Tram 3 from quayside main exit of Szczecin Głowny.
The Novotel in Szczecin was just what we have come to expect with the Novotel brand. The facility is well maintained and comfortable. Amenities are above average. The breakfast was very nice. We will definitely stay again.
I liked that i was allowed to use the swimming and sauna facilities.
The breakfast was excellent and dining area spacious enough to have a relaxed meal.
Great friendly and helpful service. Delicious, fresh scramble eggs at the bufet breakfast, raretity ! Warm pool, quality toiletries. Would recommend and stay again for sure.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the AC in the room was not working. After contacting the reception, we were moved to another room and upgraded.
The hotel is in excellent condition, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection.
”Executive room” with a tram outside launching at 05:00 in the morning! Totally impossible to sleep. The smell in the room of wet carpet was awful! Breakfast was worse than hostel. But feally friendly staff! And good food in town!
The property itself was very nice. Pool, sauna, and jacuzzi well maintained and enjoyable. We had a street facing room and the traffic noise was fairly loud. That is my only complaint. I’m sure a room away from the street would be quieter.
I recently stayed at a Novotel property and encountered a situation that significantly impacted my experience negatively. Unlike other Novotel hotels, this location sells access to its wellness area—including the gym, spa, and sauna—to non-guests. This policy has led to overcrowding, with the facilities often filled to capacity from opening to closing. The serene and exclusive ambiance expected of a hotel wellness area was absent, replaced by a bustling, gym-like atmosphere dominated by locals.Furthermore, the pool was frequently unavailable to hotel guests due to swimming classes for local children, a detail not disclosed prior to booking. The constant overcrowding and external use of the facilities deviate significantly from the quality and exclusivity I've associated with the Novotel brand. This practice not only diminishes the value of staying at this Novotel property for guests but also raises questions about the management's decision-making regarding guest satisfaction and brand integrity. I've taken steps to report my concerns to Hotels.com and plan to reach out to Accor, the parent company of Novotel, to share my feedback.Prospective guests should be aware that this hotel's wellness area is open to the public, which may affect their stay experience. Had I been informed of this policy, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Attached is an image of the hotel advertising its swimming classes, underscoring the extent of its engagement with non-guest activities.

Worse than Radisson.
The bathroom reeked of cigarettes; I had to ask for a room change. The window couldn't be opened, there was no option for fresh scrambled eggs with onions at breakfast, which is a regular menu for me when I travel, and the selection of fruit and fresh vegetables was poor. Overall, the standard was very average to mediocre, but I'd call it a 3-star hotel, maybe 3.5, but certainly not 4.
Great facilities, friendly staff, well kept gym and pool, breakfast selection was fantastic.
Hotel in a good location too with everything within walking distance.
Good location. Nice and friendly checkin. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Quite noizy airconditioning.

Good business hotel
Rooms are fine, good quality sleep. Parking is in a cellar a bit hard to find due to roadworks, and narrow parking.
Elevators and staircases are old, but in general all common areas are of high quality.
Staff were very helpful, place was clean and tidy, breakfast was good. The only downside was my room was on the front of the hotel and there was quite a lot of noise from the Trams
