"Friendly staff, breakfast was good. I had the Belgium waffle, scrambled eggs, banana and coffee.
Rooms are very run down but, you get what you pay for. Animals are welcomed. Wouldn't stay more then a day."
Collegian Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
4/10 Poor
"What I like: convenient location
What I do not like:
1. Perhaps the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever come across; lumpy, worn out and impossible to find comfort; pillow cases too small and with holes;
2. The room was 77 degrees F, way too hot to sleep in comfort. There was no way to turn the air conditioner temperature down, the control did not work;
3. The edge of the glass top on the side table next to the bed is chipped with a sharp edge. I badly cut my finger on it while putting my phone down.
Overall and given the above this hotel operator shows a lack of care for their clients and disinterest to provide a quality service. Very disappointing."
"Upon arrival, we requested a second luggage rack. It never came. On our second day there our room was never cleaned. So all the garbage from the day before, and the beds were not maintained."
"It was absolutely terrible. It was advertised as a non-smoking establishment. Every room smell worse than an old bar ashtray staying in the room for more than one minute. My clothes had already smelled like it. The first room they sent me in the door didn’t even shut. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If it was the last roof available to put over somebody’s head a tent in the middle of the medium on a super busy freeway would’ve been a safe place to stay the night."
"Old and smell has not been renovated for a long time the picture do not look the same rugs were dirty. door had holes. There was ants all over the room. Hotel is not in good condition."
"Accessible room was not accessible. One grab bar in a tub. None near a very low toilet. Accessible rooms should be equipped with items to provide independent stay. It was just a regular old room. "
