However, I wanted to bring a recent dining experience to your attention. On Tuesday evening, I dined with colleagues and ordered the spatchcock. Unfortunately, after taking one bite, it was clear to both myself and my two colleagues that the dish was off. The smell was quite noticeable at the table.
I chose not to make a scene, but did discreetly ask a staff member to remove the dish. As the meal was added to my colleague’s bill, I’m unsure whether it was ultimately charged. What stood out most was that there was no follow-up or explanation from the kitchen or staff during or after the meal.
This experience won’t affect my decision to return or recommend the hotel, as my stays have otherwise been very positive. I simply wanted to raise this for your awareness."
