"The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Other room amenities were good, but there was no chair in the room. Nice little balcony but no way to sit there. TV in very awkward position. Bathroom clean but very tired and carpet around the entrance was not clean. Overall, good value for money and a few tweaks would make it great."

"The hotel was easy to find and close to Green Square station. On check-in, I was upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. The room was clean and had everything you need. There was a small balcony but it looked out over a bus depot. The only downside was the bright lights outside all night which the curtains didn't block out. The lounge on the first floor was great- a coffee machine and variety of teas supplied. In the morning, there were a range of snacks provided for you which was great and very thoughtful."

"We were welcomed warmly and this was the case every day for our three-night stay. There was a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as it was a birthday stay, plus we were able to safely leave our luggage with the concierge until we were ready to head back to the airport. The infinity pool deck could do with some extra lighting for nighttime, plus a toilet would be handy. lol Would love to stay again."

"A clean, convenient and slightly quirky hotel. First time I’ve stayed at a hotel where the bathroom faces the external windows (the frosted glass makes it ok) and there is a mirror ball in one of the elevators. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location just across the road from Central Station is excellent. My only issue was a very bright LED directly over the bed (one of my pet hates). In this case the LED was on an air conditioning unit. All ok as long as you don’t need the AC on while you are trying to sleep."
