Shangri-La Sydney
We requested some things on check in and it took 3 phone calls before they were delivered to our room. The rooms are a little tired. Room was not soundproof. Beautiful view, but the windows were dirty. We couldn't use the top floor bar as there was a private function booked.

YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites
Good location. Room was clean. Good staff overall. Air conditioning was good. Did not see any laundry facilities though did not need it for the short stay but will need more detail information on that in case of the future
