"Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room could have done with some USB portals (there were phone chargers attached to the room's telephone but didn't work to charge my android.) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a gorgeous view was a great way to start the day."

"The reception is pure chaos with 50+ people in there most of the time. There are almost always people sleeping in the coffee shop and then because it’s not maximalist enough, there’s an art gallery with a million different works on display. The rooms are large, but look very tired and dated. The breakfast was standard fare but very expensive. On the bright side the amenities are good and in room dining was good."
