Hotel was lovely! Close to train stations and bus stops, with lots of local dining options available. Room was clean and well presented while staff were lovely and easy to deal with.

The hotel was conveniently located for a festival we attended in Sydney. The staff was friendly and greeted us accordingly. The room is just big enough for two, so if the plan is to be out most of the time it will accommodate you.

Disappointing stay. The place looked reasonably modern but the room was let down by its lack of cleanliness and missing items. For example there were no tea spoons for tea and coffee. Milk was provided but after the room was serviced it was not topped up leaving us unable to have coffee the next morning. The biggest issues for us were the inability to set the air conditioning temperature in the room. It was too warm at night and couldn’t be adjusted. The shower water was the worst problem as it kept going from hot to cold for no obvious reason. It was not possible to have a decent shower and this is a deal breaker for a stay and hence the 2 stars.

My new fave place to stay for any medical/RPA visits. Clean, quiet room with an above average bed. Good hot water and love the Ink and Water toiletries. So close to buses and across the road from inner city park and bustle. Plenty of dining and entertainment with Broadway shopping centre. Friendly staff at front desk, happy to see me and store my bag for a few hours. My only suggestion is having a rubbish bin in the room and not just a bathroom bin. Thanks, I’ll def be back 😁

Staff were excellent, polite patient and kind. Room was cool, clean, quiet and comfortable. The streets were very dirty but that is just Sydney in most places. As soon as you open the door to the reception desk, it was very clean and welcoming. Will be back again.

Simple, clean and friendly. Not a bad stay for the price. Handy location opposite Sydney Uni. Friendly and helpful staff. Only minor gripe is no desk in room and shower head was loose

Over all the property suited a need for a room. I have a few unfortunate issues, however Julie was great and got them sorted. Great for a place if you just need a bed and don't spend much time in the room (just smaller and no space for work- they do have a public space though).

Overall it was a nice stay. Two of the front desk girls were fanrastic and accommodating except for one gentleman who was rude to us and made the conversation difficult when I was just trying to ask about their public transport. Another issue we had was with them was that my girlfriends plastic shoe case mysteriously went missing after a room clean, so they told us they would discuss it futher with management and get back to us on a solution, fingers crossed. The room itself was big and had a nice atmosphere, but I would have loved a toaster (it came with a fridge and kettle though)
