This was a lovely studio apartment. Not luxury but great for convenience to everything Bondi has to offer and easy buses to the city. A short walk to the beach and lots of food options nearby. Great communication from Eli and if you're not looking for luxury but a nice little place to stay this is great.

Overall a nice property which has all the basics. Great location for Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. The building itself is very echoey, can hear people walking about the building/doors closing etc all day and night Communication with Eli was fantastic, answered any questions within a few mins Just be wary of the surcharge for paying by credit card and the cleaning fee (which are both stated to be fair)

Apartment was great & had all the amenities , the only downside was the traffic noise throughout the night which impacted sleep. Better soundproofing required fir a full 5 stars

Excellent property

Excellent communication from Eli, met me at the property for an early check in which was very welcome. Property was in excellent condition, very modern and all facilities in excellent condition. The property was very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

This was a great option for our 3 night stay in Bondi. Just be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is on the first floor. Eli was there to help us with our luggage though when we checked in. A wonderful location for public transport options with the bus just steps from the building.

Had a wonderful stay but noise from others was an inconvenience to a family were only ones with a child in building , washing machine moulding and stunk not cleaned thoroughly, more of a fancy backpackers , shops in area A1 customer service and care .

Great property manager and location. The apartment is set out well but a couple of things really let it down. The light between the blinds is very annoying. However the worst was the bathroom, the toilet is right up against the shower so you cant sit straight on the toilet. Also a tiny towel rail on a huge wall! Makes no sense, can't dry your towels

Centrally located surrounded by good coffee and food places. For the money spent it failed in various areas. For the length of time being there, no cleaning service offered unless paid for as an additional cost. Linen, we had to change ourselves due to no service. Cutlery and plates, 2 of everything only provided. Not sure why a dishwasher is there as it all had to be washed every day. Very noisey at times and early mornings

Very nice but ... small

Nice and very clean with all you need to spend a few nights however the photo in the website has absolutely nothing to see with reality,. Small space but I would book again. Safe area around and bus at door.

Not worth it

Room was much worse than expected. Smaller than expected, massive water stain on the ceiling, broken drywall, tiny and uncomfortable beds and then they had some hidden charges at the end.

Difficulty parking. Got $200 fine. Some drainage problems in the bathroom. No extra pillows or blankets . Only given 2 towels for three days for three people. Felt intimidated if I asked for anything. The key deposit was a rip-off. Otherwise, very clean safe with great storage and all the necessities for a comfortable stay .

KJM Bondi

When I used Hotels.com to book this accommodation I thought I was booking a hotel, not a non branded apartment in a small block. The apartment was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The downside was that we were on the ground floor and were woken by the upstairs guests returning between 3 and 4 am. The door to the apartment has a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor. I'm sure a noise stopper could be installed so as to reduce the noise and also the light from coming underneath. Not that close to the beach but an ideal location for us.

Fantastic Beach location

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. A very welcoming and easy check-in process, all the facilities were super clean and as stated on the booking process. The apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Its open, airy and plenty of storage space. It has cooking facilities and clothes washing facilities. The beds were super comfy too! Only a short 10-15min walk to Bondi with lots of lovely little cafes and restaurants around. I loved Francois just next door. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we hope to return again!

Unexpected additions to bed

What should have been the perfect position and experience was seriously affected by 2 things. Firstly there is zero branding on the apartments. I felt most uncomfortable staying in an unidentified space with literally zero way of identification. Nowhere near beach so name itself is deceptive. The apartment block is a small local residence with lots of stairs. Secondly, the cleanliness of linen was most unsatisfactory. One does not expect anything at all inside a bed on check/in!! Admin changed linen on request but not acceptable. I would caution people about using this place.

This place was so so noisy the traffic keeps you awake most of the night. The windows need to be double glazed. Disappointing. This is unit 5. We came from Byron Bay to have a few nights in Bondi and had no idea the noise in this place would be so bad.
