"I stayed at Alison Lodge Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. On my first night, I was placed in a room where I couldn’t sleep until 3:30 a.m. due to constant door banging from other guests. When I approached the South American (or Spanish) receptionist in the morning, I was met with a cold, rude response—she dismissively told me they didn’t have control over other guests. After insisting, I was finally moved to a quieter room, but the receptionist didn’t apologize and remained very arrogant. That being said, Grace, her colleague, was absolutely wonderful—she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely apologized, showing what great customer service should look like. If you stay here, I hope you get to experience Grace’s hospitality, but unfortunately, my first impression was quite negative."
