On the way up, we agreed that reception staff are incredibly important in shaping a guest’s experience. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was dry and unwelcoming, and his energy left us uneasy—even as we climbed a gorgeous staircase surrounded by fine furnishings and paintings. "Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Super jedzenie, baseny i animacje. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to przejście z pokoju do restauracji i basenów to trochę kłopotliwe zwłaszcza gdy pada deszcz. Następnym razem wynajmiemy domek będzie bliżej bo domki też są fajne. Polecam ten hotel i napewno jeszcze tam wrócę. 😊"
