"The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet."

"Stay was fair. Average customer service. The elevator bothered me a bit because it wasn’t exactly a smooth ride and walls were paper thin. No way to hook up my Netflix or other streaming channels to the TV. It was only set up for Samsung and I have an iPhone. However, room was clean. I would book again if need be. "

"The bathroom was not cleaned well. Found a pad behind toliet. Hair on shelf by clean wash rags. Conditioner in shower empty. Makes me wonder what else was not clean in the room itself."

"Nice staff because their in the lovely town od Dekalb which is filled with the most pleasant folks ever! Also breakfast with the sausage gravy amazing and had a great comfortable stay!"

"I reserved the room with the jetted tub Upon arrival i was told the jetted tub room was having some technical issues with the pipes so we were moved into a king suite. Once we went to the room we noticed it has a heavy odor of cigarettes. We didnt want to be charged for that so we spoke with the receptionist who moved us into another room. Upon inspection we noticed this room hadnt even been cleaned yet. After once again returning to reception we finally got a room that was clean. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, only other thing is they need better pillows. "
