"Clean spacious room, huge bed, good pressure in the shower. A little bit like walking through a darkened maze to get to our room, but then I did ask for a quiet one!! I’m a regular IHG, and they ’ve not let me down yet! Highly recommend!"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Very happy that room was ready early. Room was clean but on the small side. Comfortable bed. A bit unusual layout in that the shower was in the room, but covered by a curtain so there was privacy. The toilet was separate. The sink was in the room. It all worked out fine though. Another plus is this hotel is very close to the train station, so very convenient for traveling."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
