"Ok so I had high expectations for this hotel, but fist time in my 40+ countries of traveling I’m writing bad review.
Starting with when checking in the staff was not only extremely rude, she was racist. I asked for upgrade after her being rude about me wanting to have nice room with views. I’ve NEVER seen anyone being so mean.
Then they gave me room with no views. Even though I asked to pay for upgrade. Then the glasses were dirty with lip stain on it!!!
The worst part was that the restroom smell of sewage is IN A ROOM. Like when you go to sleep you’d feel it. I genuinely hated every second of being in this hotel, and I don’t recommend. Maybe it was just my luck. But whatever."
