"Good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep, since you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time. It’s not a 5-star property, but it does the job for a night or two. Staff were friendly and the location is spot on — about a 10–15 minute walk to the lake and the center of Thun. Parking is available right next to the hotel and it’s affordable, but make sure to have some Swiss Franc coins on you."

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "This hotel was just a couple of blocks walking distance from the train station, which is one of the reasons I chose it. It was super easy to do our daily excursions with being so close to the train station. We stayed in a family suite.It was quite spacious and had every amenity we needed. I loved how the rooms had all of the toiletries included.So we didn't have to call down to the front desk.If we forgot anything. Our room was overlooking the mountain and the river next to the hotel which was great although the double doors to the balcony were through the bathroom, which was a little odd. The breakfast each day had many wonderful items to choose from including asian food which we love. I also loved the selection of teas that were available. There is a fabulous italian restaurant in town called Sapori, you will not be disappointed if you eat there! They have awesome
Woodfired pizzas, as well as great pastas."

No alcohol policy is fine too as there are bars nearby with great atmosphere.

"The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in.
Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience. "
