Hotel gody polecenia. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Czyściutko, przytulnie w bardzo ładnym miejscu. Blisko do Żywca. Hotel w każdym detalu jest dopracowany. ( sam pracuje 16 lat w hotelu wiec oceniam swoim okiem ) . Bylismy wraz z żoną już 2 raz. Napewno bedziemy odiwedzać częściej :-)
Dziekujemy całej obsłudze hotelu.
It's a great hotel! Even though we don't speak Polish the staff did a great job answering our questions. From the hotel to the restaurant to the spa - everything was fabulous. We would stay there again if we were in the Krakow area. It's a beautiful and peaceful area that I am sure will be popular during ski season.
My husband and I stayed 2 nights. He had business meetings and I stayed at the hotel and enjoyed all the amenities. The hotel is great in every way. From the reception desk to the rooms - there is nothing I would change. It's located in a picturesque area about an 1 1/2 from Krakow. Even though we don't speak Polish - they did a great job answering our questions and even arranging a car hire when we needed it. We used the fitness room - they had 4 pieces of machinery which was good enough for a basic workout. I had 2 great spa treatments. I would highly recommend taking advantage of their great spa facility. It's beautiful. Their indoor pool area is amazing as well. We also ate at the hotel restaurant multiple times. The meals were great and even had great presentation. Service was perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the Krakow area. Their kids area looked great - so I imagine they will be really busy during ski season - even kids will enjoy this hotel!
Piękny basen i dobre spa.
POKOIK JAK NA APARTAMENT Z BARDZO CIASNĄ ŁAZIENKĄ, W POKOJU NIE BYŁO NAWET MAŁEGO STOŁU, CZY BIURKA PRZY WEJŚCIU DO POKOJU POJAWIŁ SIĘ PRÓG (NIE RÓWNA PODŁOGA PO WEJŚCIU W KTÓRYM MOŻNA BYŁO SIĘ WYŁOŻYĆ)Łazienkowe ściany słabo wygłuszone było słychać rury . Apartament to brzmi dumnie.
