"My son and i were there for a short break. The concept of the hotel and the rooms are absolutely stunning. We loved every minute of stay. The amenities in the room, the comfy bed, spacious bathroom room size is great. To wake up to a delicious in room nespresso coffee with a top quality biscuit and ferrero chocolate, fantastic. Would definitely highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Special thanks to Marina for the wonderfully warm welcome and attentiveness to our comfort during our stay, also for providing us with helpful information about the area. "The location is great and it has a good car park that costs £17 per day. It is close to the bus stop on the Promenade and makes it easy to visit Gloucester, Cirencester and other places. We enjoyed the breakfasts but Sunday lunch was disappointing. The staff were good."

"I chose to stay here after seeing the images of a pool and spa facilities. However, it was disappointing to find that after paying for my stay, which can be well over £200 a night here, you still have to pay £10 to use the pool. That just seems really tight to me."

"Nice hotel, only issue was noise from generator/pump Whilst in room 148 which stopped at 11.30pm, apart from the noise the room was large with balcony and clean."

"Check in staff excellent & lobby with Starbucks & pub very useful indeed. Room comfortable & clean with a nice view. UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay. "
