"The hotel is next to the highway which is very convenient. I'm aware this is Ibis budget so one shouldn't expect luxury. However, I do expect clean room and bathroom, as well as polite staff. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful 1-night stay at Hotel Burg Wassenberg. We felt very welcomed by the wonderful staff, from personally showing us to our room to the restaurant staff going out of their way to ensure my wife had one more schnitzel before leaving Germany. All-in-all, it was a memorable moment on our vacation, after a series of forgettable budget hotels. And the historical town of Wassenberg is worth a visit, even though it’s off the beaten path.
