Family friendly Hotels in Swansea, Wales

"Hotel rooms were bit dated, the air con was very old and loud. The main lifts were not working. Think hotels needs a make over. "

"The room was a great size. Everywhere was spotless & clean. The breakfast was excellent as had choice of the usual hot items & continental choice too. The location was good as it was quiet & near the docks. So a great area to walk around in. Would definitely book here again if staying in Swansea as excellent value. Special shout out to the reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you & do friendly. This makes a difference when you’re travelling solo. "

"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

"My stay was lovely the room needed a bit of tlc but bed was really comfortable and room was cleaned. Staff were very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. This is my second stay in a couple of years and would almost definitely book again. The lift was being refurbished but was notified of this in ample time that I could have cancelled my stay but as this was not a problem for myself to climb the stairs I continued with my booking. "

"I wouldn’t say the room was the cleanest, I dropped something from my case which went under the bed and oooh that hadn’t been done for a while ! I was given an access room at street level, but it was noisy, both from above and outside. My 2nd night required earplugs to be worn to get to sleep. "
