Nice but odd service.

We had a number of issues, firstly on check in we were told we had no reservation. They then figured out we had already been checked in, however our room wasn't made to a king bed and was still in the process of being made which seemed strange if we had already been checked in. There was no air-conditioner remote until we asked for one. On the second day our towels were taken but not replaced so we had to use a face towel as they weren't ready yet. There was also no hair dryer in the room - the room information said there was one. Other than that the room was modern and nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.We had an awesome stay at Bon Hotel , its a pity its hotel facilities are outsourced and come at price,but otherwise our stay was awesome , will call again !....

Ruhiges Hotel ein bisschen außerhalb des Zentrums (15 min zu Fuß) in einem Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich weitere Einrichtungen (u.a. Fitness Center) befinden. Nettes Personal. Frühstücks-Voucher für das Resgaurant kosten 170NAD, im Restaurant selbst zahlt man nur 140NAD.

Fine stay.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice bed, fine selection of TV-programs. Only issue found was a pair of used underwear left in the bottom of the top shelf from a previous user of the room. OK WiFi - just go to reception and pick up tickets as needed.

This is an excellent Hotel which is located in the Sports complex Dome. It is about 600 meters from the Atlantic beach and coast.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our group liked it's location which was about a 15 minute leisurely walk to the Pier. Would definitely recommend.

O hotel é novo e fica dentro de um complexo com escritórios, restaurantes e ginásio de esportes. Tanto o quarto como o banheiro são grandes, limpos e muito bem decorados. A localização não é exatamente central mas é possível se deslocar caminhando até a cidade.

Schönes Hotel in der Kleinstadt

Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Es mutet eher wie ein Businesshotel als wie ein Urlaubshotel an, aber das war nach den Safarilodges und Gästehäusern mal eine Willkommene Abwechslung. Zimmer sind chic und sauber. Nur wenn im Dome eine Veranstaltung stattfindet ist es mega laut. Das hatte mir den Schlaf geraubt.

Very clean hotel.

The room was one floor over an amazing gym. Unfortunately we heard a lot of noise from dropping the weights on the floor in the morning and loud music coming from the restaurant at might. In spite of the noise we really enjoyed our stay, great people, good customer service, late check out no fee, fully equipped gym and clean pool.

Very comfortable business hotel.

Very confortable business orientated hotel. Has all the facilities you need to make business travel pleasant. Only drawback is that it does not have its own restaurant that serves breakfast. Having said that though, there is a breakfast deli on the ground floor and a restaurant that serves deliciousl meals. Would gladly recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends.

Un bon séjour

L'hôtel est très bien, bon report qualité-prix, de belles chambres, propres. L'établissement est neuf, à voir l'évolution au fil des années. Attention, l'ascenseur peut vous réservé des surprises. Nous sommes restés bloqué et nous avons dû expliquer à la personnes de la réception par nous même comment faire pour nous sortir de là. La pauvre était dans un état de panique incroyable... Au final un bon souvenir.

New well run hotel

A bit noisy the Saturday night with locals playing loud music, drinking and using foul language outside the hotel. Felt that management or security should have requested the roudy group to take there party elsewhere.

I booked online, bed and breakfast, but was informed on arrival that I only had a room, no breakfast. Subsequently meal vouchers was made out. A little later I was called in and asked to give the meal vouchers back. I forwarded my booking that clearly confirmed my breakfast. I booked out without the issue being resolved.

BON Hotel

A brand new hotel and therefore all sparkling clean and a great room. Hotel service was good and they went the extra mile to help when we needed assistance with some local touring we had pre-booked. Location is a little out of town but good if you have a vehicle.

Nytt hotell med bra service

Vi hadde to netter på dette hotellet som har tilgang til både svømmebasseng og treningssenter. Det var helt nytt og veldig rent, samt at det ligger i samme bygge som flere restauranter. Vi opplevde veldig god service fra de som jobbet der.
