Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Booked and they confirmed my stay, but less than 48 hours before arrival they sent me a pm and cancelled my reservation due to one of the bathrooms wasnt up to standard (because of previous guests). No response after first pm, had to call a phone number which the sent me in the message for more information. Still no help, sounded like a call-center. They told me cancel my reservation. Had to find another accommodation.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2026
