상숙 지역 최고의 가성비

프론트 직원들이 영어를 잘 못한다는 점을 제외하면 모든 면에서 부족함이 없는, 숙박요금은 매우 착한 호텔이었습니다

お手頃価格のホテル

今回天津と常熟のホリデイインエクスプレスに宿泊しました。ホテルの部屋のタイプも同じです。冷蔵庫はありません。中国語と英語が通じます。ホテルのすぐ横に日本料理の店があり綺麗な上に日本語話せるスタッフがたくさん居たので快適でした。朝食も洋食もあり朝食会場も普通に綺麗です。これからは常熟滞在はこのホテルを使う予定です。

我是參加會議來到中江, 這裡距離會議地點雖然有一定距離 但是酒店服務人員招待非常好 幫我們打車還提供許多周遭遊玩的地點 雖然第一晚也是找不到路 但是並不會感覺危險 房間寬敞明亮 看得到美麗的城市夜景 非常好

吃是很方便，旁邊有日本料理及常熟出名的中餐廳。但交通少方便些，每次出門要打的。

交通少方便，但大堂服務員服務態度積極，每次代我們打的，並且和的士司機說好我們想去的目的地。不錯！ 房間還算乾淨、明亮，我們住18樓，可眺望常熟市景。

寒い

暖房にしても室温が上がらず夜はとても寒い。 フロントスタッフもプロ意識が感じられる良い印象がなかった。タクシーも呼んでくれず隣のクラウンプラザホテルに行って乗るようにとの対応。 ただ、朝食は品数は少ないが味付けが良い。

Not upto the brand value

Had a late check in at around 11 pm. There was no one in the reception except a teenager boy on desk who could barely speak English. We opened the front gates on our own with holding our luggage as there were no one to open those also. Room service is available till 5.30 pm only. After that you have to go to reception to even get some water for you. AC doesnt works in night and I literally woke up number of times due to lack of proper air in the room. I complaint many times instead they gave a table fan to solve the problem. Food is very basic and breakfast buffet menu never changed during my stay of 5 days.

整洁干净的酒店

总体感觉很新，房间设施齐全，很适合全家出游。就是地点离常熟的市中心稍远。开车还是很方便。靠近体育场和学校，早上空气非常好。

エアコンの設定を最高値に上げても部屋の温度が上がらず寒かった

常熟市政府の指導の下で外気温により暖房温度の制限があるのは聞いていますのでやむを得ないと思いますが、エアコンの温度設定値を最高の32℃にしても部屋の温度は21℃までしか上がらず寒かった。ダウンジャケットをかけて寝ました。ここだけを改善してもらえば、大変良いホテルト思います。

Changshu Business

The hotel was good value for the price. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable size. Breakfast and Internet were included in the price. All of the staff were very friendly and most of them could speak English, which was pleasing considering I was in China. Eventhough I was travelling on business, I would recommend the hotel to anybody who needed to stay in Changshu.

All was well, except for the last day of stay. The taxi that Holiday Inn's reception call for us arrives just outside of the hotel entrance every morning. On the last day and with all 5 luggage, it did not. The male receptionist gave lame excuses and when I asked for the manager, he appeared instantly from the room behind thus eavesdropping in the whole conversation. He did not make any effort to assist either. Better get only honest and kind-hearted staff to operate for the sake of your guests.

Holiday Inn Express - Chang Shu

When we arrived in the hotel, we had some conflict with the front desk. But after meeting with Betty (Assistant Operation Manager), not only our problem was solved, the customer service level provided by her was outstanding! Happy to go back there again!
