Improvements needed

The hotel staffs are very nice. However, there was no cleaning done in the toilet and shower rooms when I checked in. I also found mold around the basin, which drove us to check out earlier. The breakfast was good, but there are not much fresh vegetables and fruits.

청소상태 엉망

객실 청소상태가 아주 엉망이었음. TV 선반, 화장대,휴지통 등 먼지가 너무 많이 쌓여 있었음. 프론트에서 객실을 옮겨달라고 했으나, 만실이라 옮기지도 못했음.

날씨가 쌀쌀했는데, 침대에 전기매트가 있어서 너무 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 욕실이 넓고, 욕조가 럭셔리해서 좋았습니다. 샤워실 및 화장실이 따로 분리되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 프론트에 계신 분이 너무 친절했고, 주차도 발렛을 해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 방문하려고 생각중입니다.

욕조와 세면기는 고급이나 객실 창문의 불빛이 다들어와서 환하고 소음이 그대로 전달되어 숙면을 이루기 어려웟고. 욕조에 받은 물로 반신욕하니 물 찌거기에 피부가 가려워서 혼났음. 다시가고 싶지 않음
