"We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was the best we have tasted in a long time and the room was so clean and spacious. The restaurant had a really buzzing atmosphere too. Would recommend to anyone "

"Fabulous for a brief overnight stay to break our long journey from the South West to the North East. The facilities looked fantastic but sadly didn’t get chance to make full use of these as it was a flying visit for us. Will definitely stay again and hopefully get chance to enjoy the dining and spa experience next time. Good convenient access from M42, the grounds around the hotel were very pretty, the room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking, pleasant, helpful staff. Everything was perfect for me, the only negative was that my daughter and her toddler prefer a bath, so they were disappointed that it was only a shower."

"Hadn't realised that they don't have restaurant open on Sunday night. Open Monday to Saturday. Luckily we'd had a Sunday lunch. Bar was pretty busy so I'm surprised they didn't sell snacks, sandwiches, cakes etc."

"great hotel, 5 dads and lads (5 year olds) made the kids feel welcome, gave them flags, let them play on pool table etc. pubs decent, fairly big. rooms fairly basic but comfy, just what you need for a one night stay. we got uber to and from villa park, £5 for 4 seater ew. only negative is the area around the hotel possibly not the nicest spot and when we stayed there no private parking so have to park on the road and it fairly busy so we had to park a fair way from the hotel"
