The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet connection was very good and did not drop out. The food from the bar menu was of a good standard.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Lovely stay. Quiet room and well equipped. Lovely view over the lake. Check in staff were lovely and the spa team helpful - it was busy in the pool so make sure to book a slot by calling the reception to avoid disappointment! Excellent

The Gresham Aparthotel
WiFi was terrible. Kitchen didn’t have a knife. Other than that, everything was great.
