"Don’t look anywhere else. We had trouble getting to the hotel - they sent two staff members out to take our car to the parking garage and our luggage. The balconies overlooking the river were phenomenal. The bathroom ceiling has a star ceiling that lights up as a night light. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. We should have stayed there longer."

The property is close to train if travelling by train and close to lake lucerne if you want to book a boat excursion. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs and suggestions of what to do.
