"We booked just 1 night at Caligo Resort because it was conveniently located close to Cheow Lan Pier (Ratchaprapha Pier). "Overall it was alright. Visible cracks in the walls in our villa but it was quite comfortable. Not walkable or close to anything as it’s up a very steep hill that the local taxi drivers are hesitant to drive up. As of mid September 2022 it cost 500baht each way out into town and back, which is very expensive for Thailand. Could not book rideshare (grab) anywhere on the island and was essentially stuck in the house on the first night when it was raining. Ended up renting motorcycles and parking...

"This place is incredible. We only stayed one night but the lodgings are beautiful. The restaurant and pool right on the beach exceed expectations. But the best part is the staff. We were having trouble getting to Koh Pha Ngan for the full moon party and the front desk clerk, KHANOM, did everything should could to help us.
