It's quite an old building that would need some good maintenance but overall has a good atmosphere and the terrace/pool garden is a fantastic spot to relax.

We flew into Surat Thani and had one night stay before heading to Koh Samui. It was fine for a night. Pool was nice. Room was ok. Everything was clean. Perfect price for a stop over hotel.
This was probably a very nice property 20 years ago. Everything is extremely dated. It is quiet because not many people stay here.

Outdated hotel. During our stay there were a lot of Thai tourist in the hotel. Our son had an amazing time with the other children in the pool. The room itself was oke, bedding was oke and breakfast was oke. It was value for money.
The place oozes investment and is just lovely. There is a choice of pools as you can use the quiet one in the “ Rice Field” or the beautiful one in the main complex.
One minor complaint was that the guy who looks after the pool, added chlorine at lunchtime, just ridiculous!
First impressions are everything , entrance amazing , reception staff nice and freiendly , very helpful . Only issue no tea making facilities and bathroom shower head, taps etc could either be cleaned better or change for new abit dated perhaps

Disliked: Room comfort
Don’t stay here longer then 1-2 days
Stayed there 2 days to relax, big hotel with 1 main pool who was located in the middle of the building with connections to the rooms.
Kinda dirty pool with much leafs and dust.
2 groups of schoolkids was playing there and screamed, total of 15 kids so was hard to get access to pool.
2 restaurants outside with okey thaifood and drinks.
Everything was good with the xception of the wifi which is weak / limited bandwidth.

Good bssic accommodation and great value for money
We stopoed over for a night to catch the 8am train back to Bangkok. The hotel was a cross between a motel and an edge of town business hotel. It served the purpose well. Excellent value for money, helpful staff and great 'jungle pool'. When we used to travel with young children they'd have loved this. Don't expect what I call 'Marriott' mattresses and pillows. Beds are firm but air con is good and we had a room that opened onto the pool. Nice place. Easy.

Ok for short stay
We stayed one night because we were flying out of Surat Thani airport early the next morning. The hotel is located on a busy highway, 30 minutes from the airport. Decent open-air seafood restaurant across the parking lot. Beautiful swimming pool but we couldnt swim because it was full of teenage boys from a sports team. Very noisy but they left around 6pm. Couldnt even sit by the pool because there were so many tourists smoking cigarettes. Free wifi, but weak signal. The Thai breakfast was excellent. Western breakfast looked ok.
Serene, clean, staffs when we arrived at night was snobbish, didn't even help us with our luggages. Didn't even greeted us. The lady staff in the morning was better. Buffet breakfast was blah for 2 days, but on the 3rd morning we were offered continental which is better. The servers were polite. They should man the info desk instead of the snob guy.
The pool is ok but lots of leaves from the trees.
Looks great on pictures though hahaha.
Overall is ok.
They have restaurant that serves seafood and Thai food right Infront of the hotel.
They have big parking space too though we didn't drive to get there, taxi terminal was on the further left opposite side.
Their Rice farm is ok, we had good pictures there too luckily as they harvested the rice the following day.
For just simple getaway, the place is good.
