"The don't read the e-mails, they don't reply to phone calls. The management is a mess and couldn't accommodate us because of miscommunication with hotels.com. We had to be accommodated elsewhere, which was a nightmare, especially in early August."

"Accoglienza fredda e appena sufficiente: la stanza non era ancora pronta . Struttura da rivedere sotto tutti i punti di vista ( hall, reception, bar,cucina....tutto in un minuscolo spazio). Colazione minimal, insufficiente, intollerabili prodotti del giorno precedente (pane raffermo). Assolutamente ingiustificata la cifra richiesta!!!!"
