Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible Management

The don't read the e-mails, they don't reply to phone calls. The management is a mess and couldn't accommodate us because of miscommunication with hotels.com. We had to be accommodated elsewhere, which was a nightmare, especially in early August.
