"All of the staff were very nice & helpful. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There are big, beautiful flowering baskets hanging everywhere on the property & well manicured green grass, The thing we enjoyed most was sitting out on the patio in the evening with our friends. The patio & property are right on the river, Holly Hocks surround the patio, there is a firepit in the middle that is lit in the evening. Kudos to management & staff for providing a beautiful place to stay."

The hotel has been beautifully renovated while still maintaining its historic charm and character. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The combination of the charming atmosphere, beautiful renovations, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay special. A perfect place to experience Ouray, I hope to stay there again in the near future."

"The staff was very helpful and king. We were not aware the hotel did not have an elevator, and we were on the third floor. My wife does not do well with stairs, and the staff was able to move us down a floor on our second night. The spa area was included in our hotel stay and the extras offered in the rooms was excellent."
