We enjoyed our stay but had to move room initially due to loud droning noise from plant/equipment in the carpark beneath. This was addressed helpfully by the staff next day. It's a good hotel in a lovely rain forest setting about 500m from Hastings Street. Quite a big hill down/up but the buggy service really helped. The room was clean and met our expectations. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay. My friend and I loved everything about the hotel. It was spacious, clean and extremely well located. The buggy service offered was a great touch. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The property was spacious and well-furnished with a great outlook. The staff were professional and polite. The facilities were excellent and close to places of interest. However, the property had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived—it was very dusty e.g. the decorative blocks on the stairwell and cotton buds etc from previous guests were still in a drawer in the laundry/bathroom.
