Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants in Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beach. Room was fine. Could do with a refresh. My biggest disappointment was being charged above the final price shown by Expedia, for a child, who was listed on the original booking.

Lovely room, recently refurbished on 2nd Floor. Good location within walking distances to shops, surf club for meals and coffee shops. Only one minor fault, reception closed most of the time so communication can be difficult. When checking in had to access a key safe for unit keys. Other than that all good.

The Argyle on the Park

The Argyle on the Park was a very comfortable stay, the location is perfect for any event on the Sunshine Coast opposite Des Scanlan Park and I would highly recommend it for couples, singles or families. We will stay here next visit to the Sunshine Coast !!

We spent 3 days at Argyle on the Park and love the convenience of it to local transport, park, shops and dining. The unit is very nice with a great kitchen with all appliances plus washer and dryer. An ideal spot for a short break. We will stay there again.

Great location and an amazing view. However shower in main bedroom was broken and bathroom fixtures very worn. Toiletries unsatisfactory. Bedding not good enough for the cold weather. No Doona only blanket in cupboard. Living area very comfortable.
