"Our room had a strong cigar smell, which made it impossible to stay there. And since everything was booked we were not able to switch rooms. All our clothes was stinking like cigarettes next day. After talking to receptionist (Cassandra) next day, thankfully she was able to find a room to move us."

"The location of this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Other than that the hotel need a face lift and a deep clean. "

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "

"I did not add the breakfast bar. However, did experience two issues with the key card for my room. Staff responded quickly when called. Everything else was satisfactory with my visit."

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."

"I think the word is out. This hotel is a very well-thought-out experience. Kudos to the folks that did this. It's rare in a sea of mediocrity."
