"Room was old. Needed touch ups of paint everywhere. Didn't look, feel or smell fresh. "

"We had to change rooms because in the first one, the shower was continuously running. Then when we switched rooms, the toilet was not flushing well. It took several flushes to get anything down. The staff was nice."

"The resort overall was very nice and beautiful. The landscaping, lights and atmosphere was top notch. It was very clean and the resort offered a lot of entertainment. Rooms were clean and room service was great. Drinks served at the Skybar were great and staff was great at the restaurant and serving poolside. The beach was well maintained and groomed every morning. Paradeco coffee and breakfast was great. We did not get a chance to eat at Luna due to conflict of schedule and reservations being required (was fully booked on the weekend) A few complaints: the hot tub was out of service through the entire duration of our stay. It would’ve been nice to have the hot tub available during our stay in March when it was cooler at night. There was a surprise “resort fee” upon check-in that would be fine if everything was in working order. Also the food at Skybar was far from good. We ate dinner one night and chose not to get food from Skybar the remainder of the stay due to poor quality, however the drinks and service were great. Parking on the weekend was terrible for those staying at the resort. Due to offering walk-ins at Luna, Skybar and the banquet hall, parking was scarce for guests staying at the resort. "

"Pretty good value for the money considering Tampa prices. The front desk was helpful and it was convenient to have the airport shuttle option. Breakfast was good with waffles, juice, several other options. This is an older place I'm definitely nothing too exciting as far as the room goes, but it was pretty clean was nice having him many refrigerator and access to microwave. The walls and doors were quite thin and most of the TV channels are static. What and we could have found a menu channel, because pushing the up channel button took forever. There is a Subway at a gas station open a block away 24 hours a day."

"While the furnishings were spartan, the room was squeeky clean, organized well and provded everything we needed. I felt safe here, and the 9 minute commute to the airport can't be beat. The beds were comfortable, the kitchentte had a small refrigerator/freezer, 2 electric infared burners, and a microwave. Tiny cute coffee pot, wit a few coffee pods. We will stay here again. The staff was friendly, and they have a small food to go section available too. Go for it if you want simple, straight forward value. views, plush chairs, every amenity, nope, not for you."
