Hotels with Swimming Pool in Sunset Hills, St. Louis

"After making the reservation, we were emailed to advise the the pool was closed. The game room was closed. The restaurant was closed, but would still host a breakfast. Parking was pay to park. All these amenities were promoted during the booking. After making the reservation, suddenly the amenities we expected to have, were not available. "

"Looks nothing like the pictures, we specifically book somewhere who has a pool for the kids because they love to swim, but they came back upstairs saying they think someone was getting jiggy in the pool, we told them probably not but we went back down there with them after like an hour, and there was definitely semen floating in the pool. They had to close down the hot tub too because it was yellow and it looked like there were pubes in it... We didn't bother with breakfast, we just left first thing in the morning. The staff were nice but the hotel itself was pretty gross"

"The air conditioner was not working. Our room never got below 75. We arrived late in the evening and by the time we got to our room, we were very tire. Woke up in the middle of the night and the temp was 75 even though it was set to 70. The next morning went to take a shower and no hot water. Told the front desk at checkout but because I booked through hotels.com they said there as nothing they could do except for give me a few points."

"Clean, comfortable, safe place directly across the highway at airport. Very nice staff."

"It was ok. The issue we had was housekeeping left our door open after they cleaned it. We got back to the room and our door was ajar. I reported this to the front desk person. Thankfully nothing was stolen."

"We always stay at a Drury but this one was different, it was very loud , we had to park away from the building and had to pay 19 for parking. Will stay by the airport next time. "
