Not going back!

Service is so so, staff in restaurant is very good, this can't be said for the reception. Breakfast so so it is not up to western european standards. One woman in the reception should not be allowed to work with customers, she is not service minded at all. I got charged for water I haden´t taken, no big cost but!!!! The hotel is newely renovated and the room was nice, though it was impossible to shower without getting the whole floor wet. This hotel would probably be a 3 star and not 4 star if it was in western europe. I would not recommend a stay here, there are much better hotels in Sunny Beach to the same price.
