I booked based on previous reviews, so I will take this opportunity to balance them a bit. Our stay was perfectly fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely not recommend against staying here. However, while the room was clean and functional, the bathroom/shower felt more like it belonged in a care facility rather than at a hotel, and the TV was due for an update. The breakfast provided decent variety, but some of it had probably been reused several times and was a little stale, and some of it felt like it wasn't prepared with the freshest or most high-quality ingredients. I would definitely not mind staying here again, but if I do go back to Sundsvall I would try one of the other similarly-priced options.

Good room for a pleasant stay (in normal days)

Room was good but it was very hot with direct sun on the windows. There was a small table fan available but it was noisy and very small. So we couldn’t sleep even with windows open. Breakfast was very good and overall facilities excellent.

Slitna rum, maten i restaurangen var tyvärr dålig. Frukosten var katastrof, kaffe som smakade bränt, torrt bröd som stått framme, leverpastej som fått hård kant pga att det stått framme tex dagen innan, annans som var snustorr från att ha stått framme dagen innan. Smuts på tallrikar och bestick….
