"The water output in thw shower is not as strong as we would like it to be. The sink is clogged with hair from previous guests. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not refill our rooms with water. They took our small towels on the first day of cleaning but did not replace it with new ones."

"The suite on the top floor was superb and had a great view over the river. The restaurant food both evening meal and breakfast was excellent, can't fault the hotel at all. And the parking was right behind the hotel and only 6 pounds a day."

"The place is well located, clean. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful. I do have a problem with the parking system: I do not know if the hotel operates the parking fines or not but apparently the drop off zone allows only ten minutes - not good when the desk is busy and it takes ten minutes to get to the desk. The hotel should highlight this issue in pre-arrival comms. Other than that, to repeat myself, the staff have always been polite and helpful."
