"Clean friendly, great location"

"We stayed at Springhill Suites for an extended period, at a difficult time in our lives. The overnight man Duron was kind and patient with me being up at all hours, walking around and asking questions because I couldn't sleep. The room(s) were good sized, immaculate and even smelled good. The free breakfast was awesome. I didn't miss a single morning. The general manager Issac was pleasant and helpful when I had trouble with my credit card, and none of the staff made us feel unwelcome even though we were there for such a long time. I would stay here again without hesitation, next time I need a hotel."

"Well maintained rooms, pool and grounds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are great and very helpful! The breakfast was great and the food was hot. Please expand the pantry offerings and keep it stocked that was also great!"

"The bacon was perfect and the pancakes a treat but the eggs were less than stellar. Well maintained property with a friendly and courteous staff. A 2nd chair would be nice but would probably crowd the room Overall, a pleasant choice."

"We were literally at the hotel for less than 3 hours between a show and our flight out of MHT. When I checked in I gave them a card to hold for "incidentals" (or so I was told) only to find out after the fact that it was used to charge $7.00 to me for PARKING. WHAT?!?! You expect customers to pay for parking on top of paying for the room? I get it if I was leaving my car there while I was traveling but that was not the case - I paid less to park at the airport daily. Staff was amazing but unfortunately I would NOT stay here again because of this "hidden" and ridiculous fee."

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great."
