Good hotel but wgats with the lifts

Good hotel in good hotel But with one major issue. The lifts are total rubbish, they seem to have a mind of thier own when waiting for them and can some minutes for one to stop on your floor .

Great place. Would stay again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. It’s very conveniently located by the Busan train station. The only disappointment was if you want to swim in the rooftop pool you have to pay 30,000 won($22) each for a 2 hour window. We decided it was worth it to cool off and the views from the infinity pool are spectacular.

The room was nice, they are quiet and easy to walk to old town. Our main objection was the dining room was never open as hours posted and we never were able to have buffet breakfast nor have a drink in the afternoon. Confusing.

Location is very convenient for an early morning train as it sits right next to Busan station. The only complaint I have is that I found a random string of long hair (neither the length of me or my girlfriend's) sitting on a bathroom sink and you will not get any basic amenities such as toothbrush.

Prime location, just across the road from Busan Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. It's right by the tour bus and taxi pick-up area, and there are numerous dining options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and include a handy luggage shelf. A standout feature is the shower, which has a rain showerhead and a frosted glass panel that allows for a fun shadow effect while you shower. For added convenience, there’s a coin laundry in the basement with two washers and two dryers, each costing KRW 2,000 (4 x KRW 500 coins) per load, taking about 45 minutes each. A small gym is also located next to the laundry room. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for exploring Busan!

Great location.

Hotel location is convenient. Walking distance to KTX and Busan Chinatown. Staffs is friendly. The disappointing thing was there is No air condition during winter (stay during Feb of temp around 9-16degree. We had sleep with window open, and it was extremely noisy as train/subway was nearby. Bedsheet is dirty with stained. Room is a bit dusty when curtain is drawn.

Our room 1217 had a large dinner plate carpet hole at the main walk way entrance and had a terrible smell as you walked in the room. After a few seconds you adjusted to the smell and we didn't think much about it as our stay was only two nights and we were sight seeing for both days. On the second night we realised it could be a mould smell as we were all feeling ill. The next morning we left and we instantly started feeling better. Coincidence? Considering i have not felt ill this century i dont think so. Hotel postion brilliant as we caught the ferry to Japan.
