"Room was clean, front area was also clean. If you are a light sleeper - on Sunday mornings the hotel hosts a church service that can be heard down the hall on the first floor and into our room. The hotel wanted to charge for our room before we checked in. We opted for the pay at property option on hotels.com They tried to explain that they wanted to charge the first night before we arrived.... which is new for this hotel. I told them no and they agreed to wait until we arrived. Parking out front is very limited esp when the bakery accross the street is open. If you are traveling with dogs -no more than 2 and they need to be under 100 LBS."

"Quiet, calm, clean. Reached late so missed the restaurant but was able to skip. The room was amazing. Shower Water pressure was perfect after a long day."

"This is a great place to stay. Not our first time and won’t be our last. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything worked great. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we needed, stove, fridge, dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, kettle, etc. Towels for the pool were provided. Internet worked great. Parking right out your front door. Checkin and Checkout was quick. Close to the hot pools. ."

"Love staying here on my way to Alberta and back to Oliver. The bed is sooooo comfortable! Clean room and good rate. Only thing this time is I could not get the Wifi to work. The number provided in the black binder in the room did not come up on my choices when I opened my settings for wifi. I also tried the QR code but got an error message. The dedicated number for that room was unavailable. I even tried to manually enter the wifi info. I tried to call the 1-800 number for Crystal Springs but got a voice message. I also saw that if any issues to go to the office but I had checked in late evening so I was already in my PJ’s and ready for bed. I’ll be back through Radium to stay on Tuesday night so hopefully the wifi works then."

"Excellent room for a large family. 3 double beds, fridge, & microwave. Good self-serve continental breakfast and fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel. 10 min drive from Radium hot springs."

"We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. "
