Books a connecting room and did not get it , pool deck door did not work was blocked . Check in was poor no information. Was not told about even being held had to park a block away from hotel due to event. Hotel was cold beds where poor broken and wore out. Carpets were dirty .

Hotel was clean, friendly, but a bit “old” in the bathroom. Not good sound insulation between floors. Noise from. kids/family upstairs was too easily transferred into our room.
