Top Summit at Snoqualmie Summit Central Hotel Reviews
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel
8/10 Good
"Fantastic stay. We loved the rooms and the bountiful buffet. I wish the casino was a little less smoky. The smoke was total madness as I left the buffet. I had to pop into the restroom to put water on my face. The smoke was quite suffocating. The buffet was better than I expected and the desserts were great. I enjoyed everything but the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai tasted a bit strange - maybe it was the cooking oil was off or different. Everything else was top notch. The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning which was really disappointing. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay again, but I would want the pool and hot tub to get open if I rebook a visit."
"Went for our anniversary, room was clean, bathroom was clean with a huge double head shower, overlooking the spillway to the falls. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed a trip to the spa where the staff was also very helpful."
"We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip.
However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it.
While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper. "
