The hotel had been remodeled, but city regulations would not allow an elevator to be installed to the second floor. Navigating suitcases and steps can be challenging for older visitors. Accommodations for handicap are available on the first floor.

Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville by IHG
I am disapppinted I didn't receive the king size bed with walk in shower for mobility as my confirmation #72066480491565 We were given 2 queen beds with a tub with a bar to assist. I believe I'm due a refund. Holiday Inn clerk couldn't see the transactio. Please advise. beverlymcintosh@yahoo.com
