"The property itself and the room was amazing. Particularly the large rooms and the balcony. Despite the website saying vegetarian and vegan options, there were very few options for us. Housekeeping was a little lax, on the second night we had no towels at all. Also was promised robes for the swimming pool, and they never arrived. "While we love staying at Rydges Cronulla, we always try to stay when the rate is on the lower side because we're finding the condition and facilities are getting a little run down. It's a great location by the beach and behind the mall, right in walking distance to all the great venues in Cronulla. The desk service is great and the housekeeping is thorough. Possibly too thorough - ie. I was sleeping when they came in and began to service the room without checking if anyone was in the room."

"Clean, comfortable stay. 7 min drive ( or 30 min walk) to Parramatta's vibrant restaurant area. Paid $20/day for hotel parking. There's facility for self check in when reception staff wasn't there."

"It was a great sized room for a longer stay (12 nights). The bed sheets were changed every day if you were out enjoying the city and clean towels restocked when needed. In house laundry was affordable. Great location for buses to the city or a short walk to Newtown. Only downer was there was no recycling and coffee and tea wasn't always restocked, otherwise really happy with choosing to stay here."
