"Incredible value and great location. We had a lovely room and the common areas are fabulous. The staff were kind and sent great directions which enabled us to park directly next to the hotel door. We only paid about 11 euros from late afternoon to 10 to park so definitely worth doing to make it so easy. Can highly recommend ."

"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "

"It looks a very nice hotel when we arrived, but soon when we got to the room the air condition wasn’t working. The sent somebody to fix it but with not avail. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets where not very clean. They said they change them every 3 days… the second night the air condition broke again and we were sweating all night. So cleanliness and amenities were not good. "

"Hotel was very easy to find. Staff was so friendly at check-in. Room had a wonderful view - and we loved the coffee station. Great location for walking around and using the public transportation."

"Taxi services are very expensive but that is not the fault of this property. Tram instruction is needed or tram map to make it more convenient. "
