"Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river with a great menu and very tasty food but the thing that makes it VERY SPECIAL are the helpful friendly staff. They do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and at home. Particularly special thanks to Gigdem who went out of her way to help us. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dalyan. Perfect place from which to visit the Lycian tombs and the incredible ancient city of Kaunos."

"The individual pool was good for private floating and the shared pool looked lovely though i didn't use the that one. As to the villa itself, it was a little tired with some repair jobs needed (like the downstairs bathroom doorframe). I was also disappointed that though i was there 2 weeks there was no bedding or towel change or mid stay clean. The 'cover' on the bed (not a sheet more like a smaller blanket ' wouldnt have covered 2 people and was so rough, there was fleecey blankets in the wardrobe but these would have been too hot, just a sheet woukd have been fine Cooking facilities were too minimal to actual cook a meal and yhere was neither a grill nor toaster for morning toast."

"The hotel is in a fabulous quiet location, breakfast - typical Turkish - can be taken overlooking the river, watching the fish, cormorants, kingfishers and Nile turtles have theirs too. The rooms are simply furnished, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, aircon, a fridge and a shower with ample hot water. It's a small family run establishment. Kadir, the manager, is friendly and helpful as are all the staff. The gardens are nicely kept as is the pool with loungers and shade available. The many return guests say it all really."
