"I was staying there with my grand daughter because it was close to XNA. I got a suite with a fold out bed in the main room. There was also a separate bedroom. I pulled out the couch bed and there were no sheets or blankets. or pillows. I called the front desk. They brought sheets and a blanket up, but did not put them on the bed. They just droped them off. So we are at a hotel, and we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. Not exactly what you would expect at a hotel where you are paying almost $200 a night. And the pool and hot tub were still out of order for over a week. "

"Took my teenage daughter to a concert at the anthem. Perfect hotel for what we were looking for. Had a couple days to just enjoy the city. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly! Easy check in and check out "
