We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "

My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel.
